          Fridays
• Evenings after 8pm in person in Northwich or online
          Sundays
          Tuesdays
          Wednesdays
          Thursdays 

New Clients (last updated 29 March 2026)

I currently have limited availability for new clients. Daytime appointments are available on Fridays — online now, or in person at my Knutsford clinic from 17 April. Evening appointments have a current waiting time of around 8–12 weeks; you’re welcome to join my waitlist to be considered as spaces become available. 

Single session appointments
These are standalone one-hour counselling sessions for individuals or partners who want focused support without an ongoing commitment. Suitable for a one-off issue, a check-in for previous clients.  These are released based on short-term availability – typically 1 to 4 weeks in advance.
